Fat grafting is done when fat is taking from another body part, processed and grafted into the forehead. About 50% of the fat remains after 1-2 months and the amount of fat that survives can be improved if you combine this treatment with stem cell PRP therapy at the same time although not all clinics offer this. The remaining fat is permanent although large reductions in weight also cause a decrease in fat.
